Changes

• Add a parameter to tag() which allows ignoring entity
  specific errors in the underlying signal.
• Allow filtering entities by tag membership in
  graph_signal().
• Add signal name to signal function errors.

Bug fixes

• Map errors on leaf entities to errors on root entities in
  graph_signal().
